Privacy Policy & Refund Policy

Our workshops, courses, and/or services are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once paid for.

However, in the case of both online and offline courses and workshops, you have the option to transfer to a different batch or, in the case of online courses and workshops, to allow another candidate to attend in your place.

After passing the necessary exam or finishing the assigned work, the candidate attending the entire course or workshop will receive a completion certificate, which will only be awarded once (whichever is relevant).

 

Please use the support emails listed in the course or workshop's FAQ section to get in touch with us if you have any more queries or would like to request a batch change or candidate name transfer.

 

 

You will not be eligible for any changes in batch or candidate name after the first 48 hours of the course or workshop. After that time, requests for batch modifications or candidate name transfers must be filed.

A candidate will be considered absent from the course or workshop if they do not show up, and they will not be granted access to the modules or lessons after the stated expiration date. Additionally, the candidate is not qualified for a refund.

Skill Sets has the right to cancel, refund, or transfer batches.

 

The first thing you should do if you encounter any technical difficulties is get in touch with the support emails listed in the course or workshop's FAQ section. Your technical problem will be resolved by our support staff. Responses must be received within a minimum of 14 working days. Should we be unable to assist you with any technical problems pertaining to the course, you will receive a FULL refund. This only applies to problems that are technological. Refunds won't be processed if the problem is with the customer's hardware or software.

1) ONCE YOU PAY THE FEES THERE IS NO ANY REFUNDS, AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

2) ONLY FOR DIGITAL MARKETING COURSE IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH DEMO BATCH THEN REGISTRATION AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED 100%.
